Graphic recording in english and swedish

Graphic recording (also known as sketch-notes and live illustration) makes the content of a speech or meeting visual.

It is an easy way to make a conference or workshop:

more accessible
memorable
and fun!

I work in English and Swedish at online events world-wide, and in-person events in Skåne, Sweden.

Ready? This is how to get started.

The process of working with me as a graphic designer or illustrator:

1. Use the contact form below to let me know a little about your project. (Don’t like forms? Just email me at megan@vanderley.se.) You can write in English or Swedish.

2. I will contact you to arrange a video meeting. (Don’t like phone calls or video meetings? We will just keep using email.)

3. We will pinpoint what you need, your deadline and your budget. If my skills are a good match for your problem, we’ll go on to the next step.

4. Creative brief: this is a document that specifies the details of our collaboration. It includes timelines, exactly what will be delivered, limitations and requirements, licensing and a price. Once we agree on the brief, we can get to work! (Complex assignments will need a more formal contract.)
